Below you will find the most frequently asked questions from our customers.

I AM IN THE PRESENCE OF A `` QUPLACE`` PRODUCT BEARED BY A PERSON, ANIMAL OR AN OBJECT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Just scan the QRCode with your smartphone or tablet. You will see the details of the manager and it will be notified directly by SMS of the discovery of the product and will have its geolocation.

WHAT TO DO IF I CAN NOT SCAN THE QR CODE WITH MY APPLICATION?

All our articles have a PIN code on them. On your device (PC or mobile) with internet, please visit our website my.quplace.com and follow the instructions by entering this PIN.

WHAT IS A PIN CODE? ARE THEY ALL DIFFERENT? WHAT IS THIS FOR?

A PIN code is a random code consisting of numbers and letters written on all our products. Each code is unique and therefore only found on one product. The packaging of two luggage tags is therefore composed of two products with a different PIN code. Everyone does not necessarily have a mobile device. On your PC, by going to my.quplace.com, follow the instructions by typing the PIN. The result will be the same as a QRcode Scan. The responsible person will be notified and will have the geolocation.

WHAT TO DO IF I DO NOT HAVE AN APPLICATION TO SCAN A QR CODE?

Most mobiles phones can now scan a QRCode by the “Photo” application. If this is not the case on your device but you have internet access, you can download an application such as “Barcode Scanner”, “Kapersy QR code” or “QR Code Reader”. In other cases, please visit our website my.quplace.com and follow the instructions by entering the PIN code of the product indicated on it.

`` QUPLACE`` PRODUCTS DO NOT FOLLOW PEOPLE. IS IT CORRECT?

Yes. Our products work without battery and without waves. When a product is found and scanned by a third party having discovered it, the person responsible for the product will receive its geolocation. It is therefore not possible to follow the movement of a bracelet from your phone, or by typing the PIN in our application.

IS THERE A SUBSCRIPTION? WHAT ABOUT SMS RECHARGES?

No. There is no subscription. Our services are free to use, excluding SMS cost that you will receive for notifications. Upon purchase, your product already contains a reserve of SMS. You can find the number of SMS remaining by going to your user account. When the number of SMS received will be almost exhausted, you will receive a notice in order to be able to redeem it.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY DELAY?

Short. In principle our products are from stocks. An order that arrives on a business day is often shipped the same day. Otherwise, QuPlace notifies you of the receipt of the order and its delay.

CAN I SAVE SEVERAL ``QUPLACE`` PRODUCTS ON ONE ACCOUNT (ONE USER)?

To reassure you in situation of disappearance and / or loss is our objective. On an ID or a user account, a dad can record the bracelets of his children, the medallion of his dog, luggage tags, and bind over time all of his articles QuPlace.
