They are afraid and anxious about not finding their parents. They have the idea of showing their wristband to a lady who goes past along the pavement. The lady scans the wristband.

Activating the product
After removing your QuPlace product from its packaging, you will find a QR code on this product and a PIN code located underneath. Using your smartphone, we invite you to scan the QR code for the first time to activate your product. In this way, you will be redirected to our web page. A form will then be proposed to encode various pieces of requested information (coordinates, etc.). Please accept the confirmation email received to validate your registration and get your product up and running.
Use of the product
In a distressing situation (loss of a person, a child, an animal, theft of an object, etc.), the person passing by who helps you to find your relative or your property will be able to scan your product’s QR code using their smartphone and authorise their tracking. As the owner of the product, you will receive an email and an SMS indicating the geographical position of your product down to a few metres in the next minute.
What if I find a QuPlace product?
It’s easy! Simply visit https://my.quplace.com/en/ and follow the steps indicated to notify a QuPlace product owner that you have found it.
MyQuPlace account
By accessing your MyQuPlace account during activation, you will be able to easily manage your dashboard with your product/s. With this platform, you can also download a photo of the product carrier and indicate important information (allergies, etc.). This information will be communicated to the person who is helping you by scanning the QR code of your product.
My SMS account
When you purchase your QuPlace product, you benefit directly from a 6 SMS account. Depending on your preferences, you can select certain alerts or all SMS alerts. Your product can also be used without the SMS function. If your SMS credit runs out, you can buy more by contacting us by email and indicating your product code. The unit price of the SMS is €0.12 excl. VAT, or €0.15 incl. VAT.
